Yesterday woke at 5 in the morning and couldn’t goo back to sleep. Today I woke up at 3 AM and couldn’t go back to sleep. What a bloody day Needles to say I manged to go to sleep not long before my alarm went off. I probably shouldn’t bother going to sleep tonight.

To something completely different… I was intrigued to see my colleague at work with a bit of a cough today which in itself wouldn’t be special but for the fact that he just arrived from a trip to Singapore a few days ago. By the way, what is the current status on SARS and the bird flu. Anyone?
