Well, this has happened much faster than the last time I tried this, of course, using another broadband provider certainly helps and the key is probably in the name as well: the company’s name is Fast. They sent me a mail on Thursday tellimg me the connection is up and running since 8.09 AM.
I received the Netgear router/modem and the ADSL filter while I was in Ljubljana and was able to set up the connection in just a few minutes without any problems. This is a much better experience than the one I had with Virgin. It does prove why they are marked as the best broadband service provider in the UK.
