As Christmas is soon approaching and with it the Christmas dinner I realized I will have to add a table and chairs to my collection of few furniture items in my flat. As I have been quite disappointed with some stuff I got from Argos I decided to go for the more inconveniently far Ikea. The closest shop is in Cardiff, which is about an hour forty five minutes away from where I live. The sofa I bought in DFS ages ago, and I mean ages. It was still summer and it was way before I went on my first visit to Slovenia.
Don’t get me wrong. The quality, so far, looks very good, but their delivery times are pathetic. In the store they mentioned max 10 weeks, but it arrived 80 days later. As I say, quite bad so be wary if you do purchase anything from to calculate the time for their delivery as you might be pushing into your pension time by the time it arrives.
