| Winter in March 2007 |
The meteorological office has been warning about this but a lot of us just thought that they were making another erroneous forecast – it turned out to be absolutely true.
We have snow in March 2007!!!
Don’t get me wrong, we had snow in March last year, and lots of it, but considering what this year was like snow-wise, it is very surprising to see it at all. So this meant I will have to put on the winter shoes and leave the car at home. We have a law in this country that we have to have winter tires on our cars in the winter season (from the 15th of November to the 15th of March). I tried to be wiser this year so I changed the tires back to the summer ones earlier than usual so this snow is a nice evidence of Murphy’s revenge.
I hope that the afternoon warmer temperatures will remove the inconvenience soon.
